This Is My Life

One month ago I moved in with my boyfriend; I love living with him, but sometimes it's hard. So far we've only have had one real fight and it was my fault, I made a decision about something without talking to him first when I should have; now I know this. Other than that all we really have had are some minor tiffs, which is good. He keeps reminding me to talk to him about everything, and to talk to him when he annoys or upsets me and that's a good thing otherwise I probably wouldn't share my thoughts if he'd never push me to talk to him. I love him though, he knows relationships take a lot of work and he won't give up at the first sight of drama; because now a days people don't want to deal with drama. Which I find kind hard because all relationships have drama, so you can't really avoid it. The only actual way you could avoid it is if you break-up with the person you're dating at the first sign of drama; or you're in a F.W.B. (Friends With Benefits) relationship where it's only about the sex. The hardest part about living with Sterling is the fact that neither of us drive or have a car, so we constantly take the bus everywhere which is cheaper but when you have a limited income it's hard to afford a bus pass every month. There is however a good side, we managed to get food stamps which help out a lot; because now instead of have to use our income for food we have the food stamps for food. The next step for Sterling and I is marriage, which we have talked about the only problem is if I get married to him I won't be on my mothers insurance anymore and I need my medication. So at this point in time we are at a stall; until we figure out how I'm going to continue to get my medication. So far I tried a couple of free prescription programs, but no such luck. I just recently tried to get medicaid, but I haven't heard back yet but I'm still hoping for the best.
